Can we add a mailer list as an integration user and pull data via API? Not receiving any emails once we added this mailer as an integration user. Can someone help?

Hi trevor, the mailer list is working and we receive emails when an email is sent to it. But when we added this mailer list as an integration user in the salescloud instance, we are not receiving any of the emails. Do you know if a mailer list can be used as an integration user (API user) within sales cloud?
