Hi! I am creating a Product rule --Selection, with Show and Add product action, but the target product is not showing up on the Product Configuration page. I don't know what I'm missing. Please help.
We have initial product rules set up and it behaves as expected --- when you check / tick a box of a product option, it loads then on the next feature, another package (product option) options shows up directly without leaving the product configuration page, then we can change the quantity and proceed on configuring the bundle. Let me know what I'm missing. Thanks in advance

It could be due to a few reasons:
- The product rule is not set up correctly: Make sure the product rule is set up correctly and all the conditions and criteria are met for the target product to be displayed on the Product Configuration page.
- The product is inactive or not available: Verify that the target product is active and available for selection.
- The product is not associated with the correct price book: Verify that the target product is associated with the correct price book that is used in the Product Configuration page.
- The product is not in the correct category: Verify that the target product is in the correct category for the Product Configuration page.
- The product is not related to the right opportunity: Verify that the target product is related to the correct opportunity and the correct opportunity stage.
- The Product Configuration page may have an incorrect reference of the target product: Make sure that the Product Configuration page is referencing the correct product.
