On the Training Participant info. page, 1)Custom Participant Email should be prepopulated when you select the Contact or if I hover over on to the Contact field, email address of the contact should be shown. How can I achieve this?

On the Training Participant info. page,

1)Custom Participant Email should be prepopulated when you select the Contact

if I hover over on to the Contact field, email address of the contact should be shown.
