Has anyone taken both exams? I am struggling to determine which one I should take first. I assume there is a level of overlap between BA / Consultant so just wondering if there was input on whether or not taking one before the other would help serve me best.
Would also love to hear about just general feedback from taking either exam - any pro tips? I currently have my admin cert and platform app builder and my day job is a sr business systems analyst (service cloud / case focus) as well as consulting on the side.
I would suggest you to go for BA cert first, the newest certification and the new format of one correct answer in three options make it relatively easy to pass then certs like Service Cloud Consultant which still follow the old format of 1 in 4, 2 in 4 or 3 in 5 options.
