Hey all! How do I edit an opportunity stage name? Today it's called "proposal", I'd like to change it to "Quoted". TIA

Thanks! I kept playing around after posting and found the following steps:
- Create new Quoted stage (same criteria as Proposal)
- DELETE Proposal stage
- SF asks which stage will replace Proposal
- Select new Quoted stage
This seemed to work as well. Is this the same as the "replace" button method or is there a difference with how SF handles them?
