For the purposes of this project, to get all these customizations into your Salesforce instance (what we call an “org” for short), the packages must be installed on top of the Enterprise Edition of Salesforce.
If you want to be able to explore NPSP through Trailhead hands-on challenges and projects, you need to install the NPSP packages into a Trailhead Playground.
So yes I want to customize. I'm looking in non-profits for a job. But the next line says if I want to explore it through Trailhead to to put it in a playground. What I need to do is put it in right to pursue badges and experience.
I swear there was a line (and I've re-read and searched) that said I needed to have a new dev org to complete challenges for NPSP specifically. Can someone help me clear up confusion? It seems simple, what am I missing?
I have installed it into both. You should have no problem installing into the playground per the trail module instructions.
