Our developers recently discovered inconsistencies in the appearance and behavior of both the 'Items to Approve' and 'Approval Requests' standard Salesforce components between Sandboxes and Scratch Orgs. Of course, we would have expected these standard components to appear and behave the same regardless of org type. I am happy to provide screenshots and specific examples, if helpful, however if the Org Shape Product Team are already aware of this inconsistency, then would you kindly share the known issue URL? Thank you.

Working through Support Case #43088730, we were provided a manual workaround for restoring the expected behavior of these standard components (outlined here: Classic - If the only "Items to Approve" list view is set to "Visible only to me", this removes the ability to edit/create list views for other users).
As the UI workaround described in the above KI cannot be scripted via the MDAPI, we've requested Technical Support to add or update this as a known issue explicitly for Org Shape where a ci/cd friendly solution is yet to be found.
