Hi,
I want to send an Email notification to Sales Manager when a new website lead hasn’t been acted on within 2 hours of receipt (during regular business hours – Monday-Friday 8am-5pm). By acted on I mean there is no activity(task, event etc.) on the lead. I want to achieve this by flow so any suggestions as to how can I accomplish this.

Bariskan Kilic (INSPARK), thank you. Just one more thing how will I cater business hours (Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm). As lead response is to checked in 2 hours between 8 to 5, Mon - Fri.
