I have a setup that is communicating to a channel in Slack just fine. A requirement I have is to be able to also reply to individual threads in a channel.
I have dug into how Slack is setup in Salesforce and vice versa, but did not find anything config related to accomplish this.
Is it even possible?
EXAMPLE:
I have channel "int-cases". I can post a message to there from a Flow in SF with no problem.
Let's assume I have a thread that was started today at 3:34pm. Can I post a message to that thread?
