I have a report by calendar month and then under that the issue type. I want the row count for the issue type / by the total count for the calendar month.
I used RowCount / PARENTGROUPVAL(RowCount, GRAND_SUMMARY) but this uses the full count and not the single month to get the percentage. See the picture.

Did you use the Insert Field Button? (you should always use that)
