Having some issues here - do NOT want to do a workflow rule (trying to move away from those)
Each time a field on a Contact is updated (# of MB Orders - New / Number field), I would like that to feed into an Account field (# of Magento Orders - New)
- Tried to do a Declarative Roll-Up Summary - but that counted how many related contacts had a number instead of adding the numbers together
What is the best option here?

You'll want to make a "Record-Triggered Flow" in flow builder to do the roll-up. Since contact isn't a master-detail relationship there isn't a way to use a "Roll-up summary" field on Account.
