Hi Community,

Need help for a rookie here (me). I have a customer object called Tests. This object contains, amongst others, a field called Test Type (pick list: type A, type B, ... Type H) and another field called Status (pick list: Pending, Submitted, Marked). Also, a field called Name refers to candidate and is related tp Contact (object) name. I would like an automation where if test type A and type B are submitted (random order) by a Contact then to send me a chat. I tried flow and process builder and I just could not find a way. Appreciate your help.
