I am using PMM. When I search for an existing contact using their last name in the ALL Contacts list view with NO filters, the contact doesn't show up. I the system seems to only pull households with the keyword I am using. have to add a filter, specifying that the search contains the last name I am looking for. Any help? Ideas? This type of search isn't practical. #Trailhead Challenges

Hi @Marina Zouaghi! Could you share a screenshot and cut or blur out the sensitive data? What you're describing is not what should happen. I'm wondering if there are filters on your All Contacts list or if you're on the Accounts instead of Contacts tab.
