Trying to troubleshoot a Lightning email template survey link to Forms Assembly.

Lightning email templates refer to recipients as the merge fields...but the contact ids are needed to create the survey.

The error message is The error was: 1.2. Create - Connector configuration error. Survey__c.Account_Related__c is set to reference a parent object that could not be found.

The account id does not appear to be populating correctly.
