Hello, I have a question about comm I have a question about communication in Chatter between the Case object and a Custom object. Initial situation: We have a Case object and a Custom object. Via the custom object, users can set IT tickets which are automatically created in the case object via flow. The users do not have a license for the case object, but only the IT employees who can also see the case objects. We would now like the user and the responsible owner of the case object to be able to communicate with each other via chatter. 1.is this possible or are there problems regarding licenses? 2. if this is possible - is the communication in the chatter within the two tickets also limited only in the two tickets? 3. how could I best implement this in your opinion? This is why I suggested you enable chatter on the custom object - if both have access to it.
They can communicate there via chatter.
