Hello everyone! I am working on Create a Case Escalation Rule in the Set Up Case Escalation and Entitlements badge. After going through the challenge several times, I keep getting the message Can't find a new Product Support case for Pyramid Construction.

Do you have created record types in your org?

If yes then you need to add value in that record type!!!

For this you can navigate to your object -> then record types -> then select the product -> click on type and add problem to selected values !!!
