I'm looking for a way to include SF Insert Availability or something similar that would function the same way. Basically our sales reps are using Insert Availability in their follow ups once we pass along MQLs, but I'd like to include that in Pardot if possible for prospects that meet our ideal grade/score level, in addition I'd like to include it in automated follow up emails if they don't respond to the initial follow ups. Does anyone know if this is possible or have any workarounds?
There's an update for Inbox availability functionality , which allows you to add a schedule link instead of available dates: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?language=en_US&id=release-notes.rn_sales_productivity_inbox_choose_meeting_times.htm&type=5&release=240 you can just copy that link and use it wherever you want to.
