Hello! I feel as thought I may have hit a wall and hoping I can turn to the community for help.
My org is over it's file storage limit and I need to clean up my "Content Bodies". It is taking up 93% of my file storage at over 400k records.
I did some searching since there is no object named "Content Bodies" and found I need to use "ContentVersion" to export out of Data Loader. I ran a small file to try and export, but it is just exporting to a .CSV file and the file is just gibberish (looks like raw image data).
What I am trying to do is export both the files themselves and the record data so I can archive them and delete them.
I just did this with attachments by way of exporting all data from my org but it did not include any Content Bodies (even though I exported all data).
Anyone have any pointers?
In addition to exporting/archiving records, there are several other options to save on file storage in your instance. Have you considered loss less compression?
