I'm very excited about the new PMM - and got very excited about the bulk service delivery functionality in particular, but now think I may have missed something...
We run 121 mentoring sessions for clients, delivered by volunteers normally weekly (during term time) over a 12 month period. Each session is a service delivery.
I would like to be able to add these service deliveries in one go (cf, job recurrence schedules in Volunteers for Salesforce), ie setting a start date, recurrence interval, end date etc for the sessions which then creates all the relevant service delivery records.
This doesn't look like it is possible atm, but perhaps I am missing something.
If I'm not I would like to know:
Whether this functionality is planned (and if so for when)? (I would definitely vote for this!)
Are there any solutions or workarounds for this?
This would make a huge difference to our organisation in terms of admin time so I am prepared to put in the time and effort to work this out, just need a steer on how complex this would be and some tips on the best way to do this/where to start.
Adding @Meg Gray for further comment on recurring SD's. You can create an Idea today, but you can't select PMM just yet. We'll be adding the ability to select PMM when creating a new Idea in the next month or so.
