I am trying to install the NPSP report notebook into my sandbox and I get this error:

@Johanna Ciezczak according to your screenshot, your not attempting to install the Reports Workbook, but the actually NPSP packages again. That's why you got an error that the install failed (it's an older version of the NPSP you are attempting to install).
Can you tell me where you got the link to install this? This is the correct link to install the workbook: https://install.salesforce.org/products/npsp/3.164/reports
