How do I mark the contacts that were included in the report used for our annual appeal mlg so they appear in that campaign and the response rate will calculate. It sometimes offer this automatically when I run a report. This time it didn't.

Campaign member is in the contact record. My report includes orgs and households and primary contact for each.
