I want a secretary to be able to enter Contacts and Opportunities owned by someone else, namely, the owner of the Account. Is there a way to set this up?

Right now, the owner of the Opportunity can only be changed after it has been entered and saved. I'm nervous that the secretary might forget to change the owner and the owner will be her (since she entered it).

Is there a way to set this up to automatically default to the Account Owner rather than the User typing in the information?
