Hello everyone, I am stuck at the part where I need to create profiles. I chose salesforce user license to create Field Sales User, Inside Sales User and Sales Executive User. But when I came to making a new user for Field Sales User, the salesforce user license did not appear in the drop down. Then, I realize I used up all my Salesforce License, which is two, one is me as System administrator and Sales Executive User. I tried using Salesforce Platform license , just to find out I have no access to Opportunities at all. Anyone knows what exactly the user license I need to choose to create the profiles
I can only choose from these, what am i suppose to do?
