We have Process Builder actions that we want to bypass if a test is being run on APEX code. Is there a way to specify as a criteria that the current user is the system user?

Hmm, I wonder if you could then use a custom setting and then only include a criteria in certain decision nodes of your process so that some of the actions can update while others are excluded from testing.
