Hi Trailblazers! Anyone know how to change a record type based on criteria (perhaps a formula)? For example, I have created an Account record type where all fields are read-only based on Page Layout. I would like an Account to automatically convert to this record type when a custom checkbox field "Inactive" is checked. Thanks in advance for the help!
