Hi,
We would like to be able to automatically email a Service Report to the Contact on the Work Order / Service Appointment. Is something like this possible without using Apex?
If not, is there any information on how this can be done in Apex?

The Apex Code example needs a little more to get the Service Report and attach it, but the link to the Flow Action looks really interesting and sounds like it would be quick to deploy. Will take a close look at that one!
