Hi all you Experience Champions! I'm stuck on an issue and wanted to ask for help or guidance as I'm a new SCA and just trying to drink from the firehose as I'm completely new to experience cloud.

The client has a community support site, that seems to be functionally normally except for one thing...

The carousel slider that they have on the pages (showing customer testimonials) only appears when viewing as 'Authorized User' but not visible as 'Guest User'. I opened both pages in chrome and inspected to find that the carousel dimensions are identical and even include padding, but the object is only visible when viewing as 'Authorized User'.

My fresh admin skills tell me look at the visibility or permissions for the 'carousel' and 'carousel-slider' object and that only further complicates things as I'm forced to use a restricted admin profile that the client established.

I've read what feels like a million things that don't work... and I took advice of a wiser person to reference the release notes, but I've yet to catch anything there either. Apologies for the giant question, but I'm a transitioning veteran who is trying to workout some kind of solution. Any thoughts, advice, followups, or pointing in better directions would be most appreciated.
