One of its features is that the SF Opportunity value is updated with the Quotation Total generated by the third party software.
It is apparently pushed back to SF along with the associated Opportunity Prices that build the Quote total.
Do I need to have the SF PRICE BOOK set up with these products inorder to see or use the Opportunity prices ?
Where do I go to see these prices ??

All the prices are coming from the third party toll right if yes then you have sync those prices in salesforce price books so that you can be able to see the prices.
