The issue I am attempting to resolve is that we provided services to several large companies. For each unique "Parent" company we have executed an MSA. We then enter into Statements of Work with any number of divisions of that Parent Account. In Contracts, we enter each MSA and SOW as a sperate Contract Record (as each has unique terms) and link the Contrat Record(s) back to the Account in which the Contract is executed. What is the best option in Salesforce to see a view of all Contract Records of a Parent and it's separate divisions, with the ability to include certain Contract Record fields in that view?
Creating Separate views seems inefficient. Is there a way to see Contracts Record detail as a part of a company hierarchy?
Thanks for your assistance.

HI John Crick ,
My suggestion is Create Record Types on Contract for each contract type ,like MSA,SOW,SOE,LOE,LOS etc.. and create another custom object called 'Contract Articles' to handle the terms of Contracts. You can create have two different record types on 'Contract Articles' Object, like Library,General , Records with Library record type can be used like your articles library for reusable purpose and records with General record type are specific to customer and to accommodate particular terms of Customer.
