Hello there -

 

I am having trouble getting the "properties" tab inside the mobile app to populate so I can check my work. I have gone through the steps multiple times and yet I am still unable to get the "properties" tab populate on my mobile device.

 

Here is where I am getting stuck:

 

Admin Beginner > Salesforce Mobile App Customization >Create Object-Specific Quick Actions

 

"Test the Action in the Salesforce Mobile App"

 

Tap the 3 bars to open the navigation menu. If you’re already in the Sales Lightning app, pull down to refresh the navigation menu. If you’re not in the Sales Lightning app, tap App Launcher, then tap the Sales Lightning app to open it.

 

Let’s first create a new property so we can associate it with a showing. In the navigation menu, tap Properties. If you don’t see Properties in the navigation menu, tap All Items to find it in alphabetical order.

 

Tap New.

 

Why won't the "properties" populate? 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello Nathaniel,

     

    did you try - If you don’t see Properties in the navigation menu, tap All Items to find it in alphabetical order.?

     

    Make sure you have logged in same org(where you have developed all these changes) on your mobile app
