Moving from Marketo to Pardot - any suggestions?

Looking for processes or tips from anyone who has moved from Marketo to Pardot. Currently we have Marketo synced to SFDC and we are moving our Marketo database to an existing Pardot instance (company merger). Any help or experience welcome. Thanks!
