How to add Salesforce user license from Trailhead Playground

Trying to complete a trailhead which requires me to create 2 users with Salesforce user license. I have log-in to both DE and standard trailhead playground, but upon check Company Info on User License section, most only have 1 Salesforce user license left. Any idea?

 

It seems the allocation of Salesforce user license can be quite random.

    Hi Derek,

     

    In most cases, you just need to deactivate the other user and create a new user with the parameters given on the trail.
