Hello,

 

I was wondering if it is possible to change the default list view seen by Customer Community users. Our users often are confused by list views and initially think records are missing when the list view is "Recently Viewed", so we would like to change the default to "All" or some custom option.

    You can change the default under Navigation Menu (see below).

    To hide a list view from the community, you'll need to switch to classic, edit the list view and then configure it like below:
