Using "Action Plans - V3 - Managed", When we go to complete a task that requires emailing, the email program does not engage, instead it is asking me to complete a call?

    Hi ross,

     

    we also use Action Plans successfully but I do not really understand your issue. Perhaps you can explain it more step by step to reproduce?!
