populate an account text field into an opportunity section

I have created a text field in Accounts called Notes.

 

I'd want to copy this field so it shows up wtih its data in an opportunity section that I have created. 

 

I've searched and followed some of the suggestions to no avail, hence, I'm reaching out for assistance.
