When migrating from one of the existing agile tools to Agile Accelerator, is there a possibility to update the chatter comments of the work record through data loader. We do not want to lose any of the conversations that had happened in the existing agile tool.

I haven't tried this myself but this should be possible by updating the object FeedItem. The fields that you will probably need to update is ParentId & RelatedRecordId.
