I'm running a trial account to showcase the rest of our business the wonders of Salesforce. But I can't even import a CSV with contacts listed into the Salesforce. All the contacts are listed individually in a row with relevant details in the following columns. There are no blank fields in the trial import document. And I'm constantly being asked to map fields when I do it starts the import but then eventually says my import has been unsuccessful...
First prompt to map a field:
Second prompt, which I then select Account Name and Contact last name.
Then it prompts success and the import starts but gives me the following error report via email and on XLS file:
And the following error on the XLS file: STRING_TOO_LONG:Last Name: data value too large:
I can't find a template nor a proper video to assist me with this, therefore any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Bhavna, thanks for the quick response!
When you say, "Are you mapping Contact Last Name field", what I do is when it prompts me the following message:
I select Contact: Last Name from the list and similar for Account: Account Name.
Regarding Account ID - do I need that as my heading in my import document?
