Hi Rutuja,
You can try these questions.
Ques1. Build the Closed Business YTD Report for your Managers
Locate and run the standard Opportunity Pipeline report. If you didn’t do so already, use the instructions above to create this report. Modify the report as follows and save the report as Closed Business YTD.
Group information by: Opportunity Owner
Summarize information by: Amount
Range: Current FY
Opportunity Status: Closed Won
Hide the report Details
Ques2: Modify the Opportunity Pipeline report to create a Key Accounts report for your sales reps.
Locate and run the standard Opportunity Pipeline report. Modify the report as follows and save the report as Key Accounts.
Using field filters, filter the report to show only records where the Probability is greater than 30%.
Filter the report to show only records where the Amount is greater than $50,000.
Group by Account.
Summarize by Amount.
Hide the Details.
ques3: Setup a Dashboard with Reports
Create a dashboard named Sales Focus and add the reports you set up earlier in this module.
Add a component based on the Upgrades (Last Month) report as a gauge component.
Add a component based on the Key Accounts report as a horizontal bar chart component.
1. What are bucket fields?
Bucketing lets you quickly categorize report records without creating a formula or a custom field. For example, create a bucket field named Size based on the # Employees field. Then, create buckets that group records into “Large,” “Medium,” or “Small” ranges that you define. Bucket fields can be used like any other field to sort, filter, and group your report.
You can add up to five bucket fields per report, each with up to 20 buckets. Only numeric, picklist and text field can be used for bucketing. Other data types are not supported.
I hope it would help you.
