Can you change the destination of the link of a next step?

I have an automatic 'next step' that appears when on of the sales team moves an opportunity to closed won. At the moment, when clicked on, this next step just takes them through to the generic task form. Is it possible to change the destination of this link to another page layout?

    May I know if this is related to Sales Path, or it this a different setup? Would you perhaps be able to post a screenshot of the behavior?
