Bit of background
We are a manufacturer of Holiday homes. I have just created a custom object in which our sales team can "Request" a home, they can fill in information such as the model type, location, price etc. These are awaiting approval.
We also have another custom object called "Homes" this is for the homes that have gone through the approval stage and are ready to be built.
Here's where I need help
In order to save time and money. I need to be able to "Convert" the requested home into an actual home once it has been approved. a lot of the detail needs to be carried over, but like when you convert a lead.
I cannot really find anything online to assist with this nor anything on the app exchange.
Is this doable? Any help would be gratefully received.
