During the migration of desk.com - it moved all of the emails over to contacts rather than person accounts. How do i convert the contact to the person account? Or Merge the Contact and Person Account?
Either way, I'd take this opportunity to revise the feasibility of person accounts anyway. And ideally start using contacts with multiple accounts instead.
