I'm a newer user and would like to relate tasks to both a company and a product. Is it possible to add a second "Related To" field for a task?

Related to a very special field where it shows all the objects that a particular task can be related to.
If your requirement is just to have the field related to Product, you can create a custom lookup field and have this field lookup to the Product object
