I have a field showing business hours age of a case that I would like to use in reports and dashboards. To do so I'd require "Bucket this field" option to be active. Unfortunately it isn't and I'd like to know how to add such option and whether it is time consuming or not. I'm mostly using Summary report types.
Is there any rule in Salesforce that determines which fields can be used for bucketing and which not?

Piotr, what is the data type of te Business hours age field on case.
Only Numeric, Picklist and Text fields are supported in Bucket fields.
