How do I report on multiple opportunity related list items?
These are objects related to the opportunity and sit within the opportunity layout.
One is a payment schedule and the other is target

How are the objects connected to each other?
Which edition of Salesforce are you using?
If the object are not related to each other and you're on Enterprise Edition or above you could use a Joined Report
