unable to create campaign

I'm working on NPSP pack. I created custom fields in Campaign objects. I have a marketing user checked on my profile. I was able to successfully create records in campaigns in Salesforce directly. 

 

Issue: We are using jotforms and integrating with SFDC. I mapped the newly created fields in SFDC with the Jotform. I'm unable to capture the records why? Do i need to have any special permission or missing any step? Please guide.

    Hi Anandhi,

     

    There is no issue in the permission, perhaps if records are not syncing in SFDC then there is a issue in Integration

     

    P.S- On form fill of Jotform, Lead or Contact gets created and will be not be added directly in Campaign

     

    If you want them to be added directly in a campaign then you have to look for some automation

     

    The purpose of Jotform SFDC integration is just to sync leads from Jotform form to SFDC

     

    I am sure you cant create campaigns in Jotform and hence you cant sync campaigns from Jotfrom

     

    Note- Please check you integration field mapping and object sync
