We're in the process of publishing content into TH, and we're receiving a warning that the images in the units need a reference. We first saw that the images need alt text, which we provided, now it's giving the image reference warning. Any info would be helpful!

I assume you are talking about myTrailhead?

Make sure that the image still exists on the file location you are selecting. Also, potentially try changing the type, for example from .png to .jpeg
