Percentage of picklist fields greater than 0 on a report

We’re trying to report on what percentage of our customers are ordering through a particular order source but are having a hard time figuring it out.  We have a picklist field “Order Entry Source” on the Invoice item and the report we have lists all the accounts and how many orders they have per order entry type.  What we need to do is a row count for account name and then divide that by the number of accounts that have an entry greater than 0 in the PowerN field.  For example, in the picture we have 8 accounts, and 2 of them have used PowerN, so 25% of our customers are using that order entry source.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    What Report Type are you using?  

     

    Which objects are these fields located on? 

     

    Did you include the Power of One fields in this Report?
