In Salesforce, both reports appear to have the same number of records and when I troubleshoot in the report window in Salesforce, everything seems fine. However, when I download them to excel, the joint report is exactly 1 record off of the regular report; it claims to have 2664 records, but it actually has 2663. The regular report actually has all 2664 records.
I know the problem is not with a specific record because we tried re-uploading that record and, while that student showed up in the downloaded joint report, a different student did not show up. This makes me think it has something to do with record limits, but I am not sure. It seems weird this would only show up when they're downloaded, not when I look at the report in Salesforce.
Any help would be appreciated!

1) Try different browser
2) Filter only for Carlos Mendoza and try the printable view
If still nothing works not sure other than raising support case
