I have made a Validation Rule for "Mark as Escalated", checked the video to make sure I did it correctly, and have refreshed my page multiple times and while I see the rule under the Case object, when I go to check my work, it says the rule does not exist. I deleted it and tried again, but it doesnt recognize the validation rule...
I've double checked that it was named correctly, and it looks like it is. I even deleted the entire rule and redid the challenge, getting the same result.
