Validation rule for picklist

Hi SF Community,

Im creating a validation rule on our task object, requiring our reps to populate a picklist field prior to saving the task. Can someone help me with this below? The logic is following Type = ABM , which would make Package_Type_c require a value prior to saving?

Follow up question, trying to use the same Syntax for similar situation, this time. Type = Onsite Meeting which would require Mailing street to be populated or validation rule spits it out. Mailing street is a activity custom text field, however, I'm getting this error. Thoughts?
